Fruit and Milk Shake

*2 Large Servings

- 3/4 cup Milk
- 1/4 cup Instant Non-Fat Dry Milk
- 1/2 cup Fruit-Flavored Yogurt
- 1 Banana, cut and Frozen
- 1/2 cup Orange Juice, Chilled

Put ingredients in a blender; Cover and blend 'til smooth.
